2. Eligibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• TravelBook is not liable for any unauthorized account activity resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use TravelBook only for lawful purposes, such as discovering destinations, managing trips, and referring friends. You may not:

• Misuse or interfere with the app's operation.
• Post or share false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Attempt to access another user's account or TravelBook's systems.

5. Subscription & Payments

• TravelBook offers free and paid plans. Fees and features are listed in-app.
• All payments are processed securely via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
• Subscription renewals and cancellations must follow the instructions provided within your account settings or app store.

6. Referral & Rewards Program

• Rewards are issued based on valid referrals where the referred user subscribes to a qualifying plan.
• TravelBook reserves the right to review, adjust, or revoke rewards for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Rewards are automatically credited to your in-app wallet and may be subject to conversion rates and withdrawal policies.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content within TravelBook—including logos, graphics, text, and software—is owned or licensed by TravelBook Digital Ltd. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time.
